Anthony Dutton

Anthony brings twenty years of senior leadership experience in public and private companies to Restructur Advisors. His expertise includes strategic leadership, financing, M&A, operational restructuring, and corporate governance. He also has broad industry experience, including in the cannabis, high tech industrial manufacturing, and oil and gas industries.

In his most recent role, Anthony was co-founder and CEO of Cannex Capital Group Inc. (“Cannex”). Cannex owned and supported premium indoor cultivation, extraction, manufacturing and branding of edible and derivative products as well as retail operations.  The company had operations in Washington State and California. Understanding the increasing importance of the US cannabis market, Anthony led the company into one of the first mergers with an American multi-state operator in the cannabis industry, merging Cannex with Arizona-based 4Front Ventures Corp. (CSE:FFNT).

Prior to founding Cannex, Anthony was CEO, President and a director of IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. (“IBC”)(TSX-V:IB). IBC is a leading beryllium and copper advanced alloys company serving a variety of industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, precision manufacturing, and others. IBC manufactures parts and components for a variety of sophisticated end use applications, including the Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. While at IBC, Anthony was instrumental in completing an operational restructuring of IBC, building out the company’s sophisticated Engineered Materials Division, enabling IBC to become an important manufacturing partner on the Joint Strike Fighter project.

Anthony has a B.A. (Econ.) from the University of British Columbia, a M.Arch. from Dalhousie University and an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management in the UK.

John Radostits

John offers more than thirty years of senior leadership experience in public and private companies to Restructur Advisors. His expertise includes strategic leadership, financing, entity and location-level operational turnarounds, and M&A. He has extensive senior management and board-level experience in public and private companies with a focus on leveraging his deep operational and financial knowledge. He has broad industry experience in the retail, distribution, and hospitality sectors.

John built the largest franchisee group in Canada under the Sobeys brand and was eventually bought out by the parent company.

John also led Canndara Canada a multi province retail cannabis chain which at the time of its sale was one of the largest retail transactions in Canadian cannabis history.

John has been a founding partner in numerous customer-facing companies in the hospitality, food, fitness, cannabis and distribution industries and brings best practices to new industries to new industries.

John has a B. Comm. from the University of Calgary and a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the MIT Birthing of Giants program.

Jim Scott

Jim is an experienced CEO focusing on airline start-ups and public company listings.  For nearly three years, Mr. Scott was the President and CEO of Flair Airlines and successfully led its evolution from a charter air service into Canada’s first ULCC carrier. Under Mr. Scott’s leadership, Flair Airlines became a Skytrax 3-Star rated scheduled airline recognized for its low prices, high reliability, and on-time performance. Previously, Mr. Scott was a founder and the CEO of Canada Jetlines, a start-up airline that was publicly listed and bought out by Global Crossing Airlines.


In these roles, Mr. Scott successfully managed rapid revenue growth within a highly regulated industry, relationships with staff, including two major unions (CUPE & Unifor), company mergers, aircraft manufacturers in the purchase of new aircraft, vendors, contractors, cyber security, the media, government relations, financing structures, corporate governance, investor relations, predatory competitive behaviour, a public listing and crisis management with the onset of COVID-19 in the airline industry.


Mr. Scott also holds a Canadian Airline Transport Pilots Licence having flown aircraft ranging from seaplanes in Northern Canada to the Boeing 747-400 on international routes for Cathay Pacific Airways. He was a Director for the Air Transport Association of Canada and the chairman of a large pilot pension plan. Mr. Scott has experience in law enforcement, including leading the Vancouver Police Financial Crime Unit, and as a senior planner for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games. Mr. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree both from the University of the Fraser Valley in Canada.
